About the job Sales coordinator (Gas Detector)
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations for Sales teams, including order acknowledgement, quotation processing, Purchase Order, and Sales orders.
- Coordinate client requests and deliveries.
- Provide excellent support and customer service to existing customers.
- Respond to walk-in and phone inquiries
- Perform general sales administrative duties
- Perform any other responsibilities assigned by manager and management
Requirements:
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is required.
- Experience with Oracle SAP is preferred.
- A positive attitude and strong sense of responsibility are required. Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced atmosphere.
- This role requires bilingualism in English and Mandarin to communicate with Mandarin-speaking customers.
- Candidates must be mature, independent, and willing to work under limited supervision.
- Demonstrates a positive attitude and takes initiative to resolve issues.
