About the job Sales coordinator (Gas Detector)

Responsibilities: 

  • Manage day-to-day operations for Sales teams, including order acknowledgement, quotation processing, Purchase Order, and Sales orders. 
  • Coordinate client requests and deliveries. 
  • Provide excellent support and customer service to existing customers.
  • Respond to walk-in and phone inquiries 
  • Perform general sales administrative duties 
  • Perform any other responsibilities assigned by manager and management

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is required.
  • Experience with Oracle SAP is preferred. 
  • A positive attitude and strong sense of responsibility are required. Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced atmosphere.
  • This role requires bilingualism in English and Mandarin to communicate with Mandarin-speaking customers. 
  • Candidates must be mature, independent, and willing to work under limited supervision.
  • Demonstrates a positive attitude and takes initiative to resolve issues.
