  • Create and oversee the budget for the sales department, making sure that resources are allocated effectively to meet sales goals.
  • Oversee contract talks and agreements with clients to ensure that the business has favourable terms and conditions.
  • Create and provide sales estimates and reports on a regular basis to senior management, offering analysis and suggestions for enhancement.

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree (a master's degree is preferable) in business administration, sales, or a similar discipline.
  • A track record of accomplishment in company growth and sales, particularly in the maritime crane sector.
  • Excellent team management and leadership abilities.
  • Proficient in both negotiating and communication.
  • Comprehensive understanding of market dynamics and marine crane products.
  • The capacity to travel as required to attend industry events and meet with clients.
  • Expertise in CRM and Microsoft Office software.
