Responsibilities:

  • Present, promote, and sell our services to potential clients by making cold calls and delivering compelling pitches.
  • Identify qualified leads for all services and manage the entire sales cycle to successfully close new business deals.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our products and be able to conduct business presentations and demonstrations.
  • Independently generate highly qualified sales opportunities while staying informed about the latest promotional trends and best practices.
  • Perform market research, analyze customer needs, and continuously monitor competitor activity.
  • Streamline the sales process and maintain accurate databases.
  • Collaborate with the global sales team to support existing international clients.
  • Leverage key business connections to assess and understand potential customers needs.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success with a well-established network in the local marine industry.
  • Strong understanding of the sales process with excellent lead generation skills.
  • Two to six years of business development experience in the maritime sector.
  • Highly motivated, goal-driven, and experienced in sales.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage a sales territory effectively.
  • Strong proficiency in English; Mandarin skills are highly desirable.
