About the job Customer Service Executive
- Tracking the loading status of all vessels.
- Manage the CBF/Booking Forecast Table and update the load balance figures daily.
- Make sure all necessary documents and Portnet creation are completed prior to the vessel's closing time, along with sending the final forecast and special container list to the Partner/V0.
- Enter and upload booking and loading data into the internal system.
- Respond to customer inquiries, provide rate quotations, and while building strong relationships.
- Work closely with Sales and Trade departments to optimize revenue.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in Shipping Industry or similar role
- Fluent in English and Mandarin, as this role involves liaising with Chinese counterparts
