Job Description:
Approach to sales:
- To strengthen the position of company's products, services, and capabilities in the market, business unit sales executives and I will collaborate to develop and execute a successful regional expansion strategy.
- Current understanding of emerging trends and technology in the mining, drilling, and construction sectors
- With senior leadership to discuss possible avenues for regional expansion.
- Business cases related to regional strategies and, in compliance with the Authorization Matrix, submits requests for long-lead products as needed
Business expansion:
- Creating fresh business prospects in both unserved and served areas.
- Keeps up positive working ties with senior executives of both internal and external organisations.
- Regional sales goals and KPIs that are in line with global KPIs are tracked, along with performance data.
Sales Executives:
- all current accounts and openings within the area
- for creating, overseeing, and growing the regional sales force in compliance with local KPIs and strategy.
- leadership for the sales and commercial staff in the region.
- Total costs for the region's sales budget, including T&L charges, etc.
Planning a Business:
- matching possibilities for regional sales teams with HMH capacity and capabilities, as well as regional forecast and operational rhythm (giving input for IBP, Business reviews, etc.)

Requirements:
- A technical or business bachelor's degree from an authorised college or university
- A minimum of ten years' experience in an operations or sales, technical, or commercial capacity
- Solid background in a technical or commercial operations position in the international drilling sector. It is necessary to have extensive understanding of the offshore and land drilling markets.
- Proven ability to manage change and expertise in spearheading organisational transformations to guarantee the effective implementation of novel procedures
- Presence at the executive level among internal and external stakeholders
- Comprehensive knowledge of market trends
- The capacity to recognise, adopt, and apply best practices and ongoing performance enhancements
