Key Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Actively take part in creating new client budgets, tenders, and ship management agreements as well as yearly contract renewals for current clients.
  • Conduct marketing campaigns and routinely update the company's CRM system in coordination with the Director of Business
  • To compile market data, examine prospective leads, and keep an eye on pertinent changes in the industry that could have an impact on the company
  • To schedule frequent appointments and meetings with the company's global clients
  • Will serve as a liaison between the Director of Business Development and various departments at the head office and satellite offices across the globe about topics related to Company Commercial activity.
  • Mostly Internal: For budget renewals, tender submission, and following up on commercial leads, the executive will coordinate with departments at offices around the company, including technical, crewing, operations, accounts, quality, and compliance.

Qualifications:

  • Maritime/Logistic degree holder with knowledge in ship management and the shipping industry
  • Three to five years of experience in the ship management or maritime industry is ideal.
