About the job Key Account Manager (Marine Paints)
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities together with retaining the existing business.
- Establish and maintain healthy and long term relationship with key customers.
- Act as main point of contact for the key accounts, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.
- Organizing customer seminars, webinars, presenting business cases for promoting various solutions.
- Develop and execute account plans to achieve business objectives aligned with segment strategies.
Key Tasks
- Provide clients updated information on Hempel products and solutions. Working collaboratively with cross functional teams at a global level.
- Provide techno commercial support to customers throughout the sales process .
- Update information on the developments in the industry, market trends, competition etc.
- Record and maintain data in CRM on accurate and timely basis.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business or relevant field. ( Marine)
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in sales/ account management/business development;
- Experience in maritime industry will be an added advantage.
- Experience in working with CRM software
- Customer focused with proactive approach to problem solving.
- Good team player with interpersonal and networking skills.
- Strong work ethics.
