Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities together with retaining the existing business.
  • Establish and maintain healthy and long term relationship with key customers.
  • Act as main point of contact for the key accounts, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.
  • Organizing customer seminars, webinars, presenting business cases for promoting various solutions.
  • Develop and execute account plans to achieve business objectives aligned with segment strategies.

Key Tasks

  • Provide clients updated information on Hempel products and solutions. Working collaboratively with cross functional teams at a global level.
  • Provide techno commercial support to customers throughout the sales process .
  • Update information on the developments in the industry, market trends, competition etc.
  • Record and maintain data in CRM on accurate and timely basis.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business or relevant field. ( Marine)
  • Minimum 3 years of working experience in sales/ account management/business development;
  • Experience in maritime industry will be an added advantage.
  • Experience in working with CRM software
  • Customer focused with proactive approach to problem solving.
  • Good team player with interpersonal and networking skills.
  • Strong work ethics.
