Meet and exceed revenue targets on a quarterly and annual basis.
Commercial Wisdom

Interdepartmental Cooperation
Work together with internal departments to ensure a unified and customer-focused strategy, such as marketing, product development, and customer service.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, marketing, or a similar discipline, or its equivalent; an MBA is preferred.
Solid track record in business development, account management, or sales, ideally in the oil & gas and marine industries.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to establish relationships and sway decision-makers at all levels.
Excellent negotiation and presentation abilities, with a track record of closing complicated sales deals.
Analytical and strategic thinking skills, as well as the ability to spot possibilities and boost sales.
Capacity to operate both individually and together in a fast-moving, team-focused setting.
Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite, CRM software, and additional tools for sales and marketing.
he readiness to travel as required to attend industry events and meet with clients.
