Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily operations to support the sales team, including tasks like order acknowledgment, processing quotations, purchase orders, and sales orders.
  • Coordinate and communicate with customers to arrange deliveries according to their requests.
  • Provide exceptional customer support and care to existing clients.
  • Handle phone and in-person inquiries.
  • Perform general administrative tasks related to sales.
  • Carry out any additional duties as assigned by the management or supervisor.

Qualifications:

  • GCE "O" Level or Nitec qualification.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with Oracle SAP is a plus.
  • Strong work ethic with a high sense of responsibility.
  • Resourceful, capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in both Mandarin and English is essential for communicating with Mandarin-speaking clients.
  • Self-motivated, mature, and able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Positive attitude and proactive in resolving issues.
  • Immediate or short-notice availability is preferred.
