Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to ensure revenue retention, growth, and acquisition of new business for your client portfolio, aiming to meet or exceed personal sales targets and overall business growth objectives.
  • Design and implement client relationship management plans to engage with key decision-makers and influencers within your customer portfolio, ensuring clear two-way communication to understand customer needs and where the company can provide value or address issues.
  • Set specific goals for each sales meeting or call; tailor materials to deliver compelling presentations to decision-makers and influencers; ask relevant questions to gather insights, assess customer interest, and clarify areas requiring further information or explanation.
  • Build a personal network within the industry and represent the company to clients and at industry events, gaining market insights while increasing the company's visibility, reputation, and showcasing its products, services, and comprehensive safety solutions.
  • Customize product and service solutions, as well as relevant contract terms, to meet the mid- to long-term needs of clients by incorporating input from internal experts. Present these solutions to client representatives and negotiate agreements within defined commercial parameters.
  • Manage and update the CRM system, leveraging it to drive sales activities and deliver timely reports.
  • Foster strong external customer relationships by working closely with internal teams and serving as the customer advocate in cross-functional collaborations.

Qualifications:

  • Over 2 years of experience in sales or inside sales roles.
  • Sales experience within the marine or fire safety industry.
  • Self-motivated and professional.
  • Creative thinker with an innovative approach.
  • Experience with fire safety equipment is preferred but not required.
  • Proficient in using Salesforce.
