Job Responsibilites:

  • Customer Service Manager for 2-3 corporate clients.
  • Managing a team of 2-3 people.
  • To strategise, define, and implement global expansion in volume and revenue.
  • Developing multidimensional relationships and rapport with major customers worldwide; 
  • Understand your customers' strategies and make plans/deals that line with their needs.
  • Measuring, tracking, and analyzing critical account metrics
  • Persuade and influence regional marketing teams and business units to ensure proper strategy management and implementation for your specific customers.
  • A comprehensive awareness of the market, including the global items offered by customers and competitors;
  • Regularly reviewing and updating commercial processes, and sharing best practices for contract administration among regional centers.
