  • Develop and put into practice strategies with the Group HR Director to enhance HR efficacy and the ongoing enhancement of the employee experience.
  • Oversee global business partnering frameworks, standards, and enhancements while offering SME assistance to national leaders throughout the world.
  • Oversee the entire rewards strategy, which includes the philosophy, job evaluation, creation and management of pay ranges, benchmarking, insurances, benefit determination, and year-end pay review.
  • Ensure a seamless connection between Talent Acquisition and other HR functions by supervising the prompt and efficient onboarding and exit processes.
  • Oversee the management of the job description library, headcount planning, and workforce management.
  • Offer consultation services regarding structural modifications and associated change management initiatives.
  • When necessary, mentor, assist, and collaborate with middle managers and senior management.
  • Lead the design of the HR and analytics dashboards.
  • Evaluate and oversee the creation and execution of the global code of conduct, handbook, and related policies.
  • Oversee our payroll outsourcing business.
  • Assist the group in making sure that all offices, even the smaller ones located outside of Hong Kong, have the appropriate policies and processes in place.
