Business Manager (Marine Engine Service)

Job Responsibilities:

• To oversee, mentor, develop, and increase sales, mainly in Singapore
• Creating and carrying out action plans for the sales budget
• Maintain order intake, sales volume, and profit in
• in accordance with predetermined goals
• Create and implement a compelling product
• Preserving client ties while guaranteeing client contentment.
• A customer portfolio should be maintained, enhanced, and expanded based on profitability.
• Determine and suggest new goods and services in accordance with client needs.
• Find and cultivate new clientele, including those in related industries
• Maintain client database while controlling risks and responsibilities for each and every client.
• Cultivate and strengthen ties with additional internal stakeholders.
• Enhance the collaboration Singapore organization's sales force.

Requirements:

• Strong interpersonal and negotiating abilities
