Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Meeting a $600K+ annual sales quota in NNARR.
  • Reach and surpass sales goals by promoting revenue expansion in both current and untapped markets.
  • Investigate and cultivate fresh business prospects to increase market share in Asia.
  • Develop and preserve a solid rapport with important partners, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Assure outstanding client pleasure by comprehending their demands and providing customized solutions.
  • Determine and evaluate potential new markets in Asia.
  • Work together with cross-functional teams to create and introduce innovative goods that are suited to the demands of the local market.
  • Create and implement a thorough sales plan for the Asia-Pacific area that is in line with the overarching objectives of the business.
  • Examine market patterns, spot openings, and offer perspectives to help direct sales campaigns.
  • keeping up-to-date, comprehensive customer, activity, KPI, and pipeline reporting
  • Participating in trade shows and industry events.

Job Requirements:

  • Strong background in selling cloud-based software to major shipping and offshore companies in the marine industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet a sales target of more than $750k annually for the last three years.
  • Experience at the C-level selling enterprise software.
  • Capacity to oversee lengthy and intricate sales cycles involving several parties.
  • Negotiating and networking abilities.
  • Outstanding interpersonal, written, and vocal communication abilities.
  • Self-motivation combined with the capacity to function in a dynamic, fast-paced workplace.
  • Willingness and capacity to surpass goals and add more lead-generating activities to their pipeline.
  • Senior and C-Level connections in the offshore and shipping industries.
