Job Title: Bookkeeper
Reports To: Supervisor Bookkeeping Administration
Location: Dubai
Job Purpose:
To provide high-quality bookkeeping services to US US-based clients each month,
ensuring accurate and timely financial records. This role involves data entry, preparing
monthly financials, reconciling accounts, and client communication to support the
f
inancial needs of real estate investors, stock traders, and business owners.
Key Responsibilities:
1.
Bookkeeping Tasks:
o Maintain bookkeeping records for various client companies.
o Record financial transactions accurately in QuickBooks
o Enter income, expenses and other transactions into QuickBooks based
on client-specific guidelines and prepare, print, and send out monthly
f
inancials.
o Reconcile client accounts to ensure accuracy. Resolving discrepancies as
needed.
o Ensure compliance with US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles
(GAAP)
o Maintain confidentiality and security of client data at all times
2. Team Communication:
o Collaborate with a US-based team member to gather supporting
documents and address any questions related to financial records
o Ensure clear and timely communication to support the delivery of
f
inancials

Additional Duties:
o Partner with our global team to ensure efficient client service delivery
and fulfillment of client requirements.
o Perform all other duties that may be assigned by Company management
from time to time.
Required Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of experience with QuickBooks (Desktop and Online
preferred).
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or a related field.
Moderate knowledge of Excel.
Excellent time management skills.
General accounting knowledge (understanding of debits and credits).
High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience with US based accounting
Performance Metrics:
Efficiency: Timely completion of administrative tasks and assignments.
Accuracy: Accuracy in document preparation and data management.
