You'll ideally have around 1-2 years experience working on a service desk/IT Helpdesk already, and you'll be doing things like building and configuring hardware, responding to tickets, logging incidents, offering great customer service and resolving issues in a busy environment - whilst ensuring a smooth operation in a 1st line capacity.
From a technical perspective, you'll have knowledge on Active Directory, Microsoft 365, laptop hardware and smartphone devices, as well as familiarity with laptop/desktop builds, with a superb customer service focus.
