Helpdesk Engineer | Brighton | 26-30k

My client, a growing successful IT Support company in Brighton are currently seeking an experienced Help Desk Engineer to join the team. This is a full-time permanent position with a salary of up to 30k, dependent on experience.

The successful candidate will be responsible for remote support to end-users from the Brighton office, as well as technical on site support for some clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Commissioning new tenancies on Office 365
  • Providing technical support to clients, both remotely and on-site
  • Installing and configuring desktops, laptops and printers
  • Troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issue

Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience in a similar IT support role
  • Office 365 experience is vital for this role, particularly commissioning new tenancies on Office 365
  • Experience dealing with end-users in person and on the phone
  • Experience supporting SME's would be beneficial, particularly having worked for an MSP
  • Experience supporting and installing desktops and laptops (Windows 8-11 Pro)
