Helpdesk Engineer

Brighton (on-site) | 38k | Permanent Role

A great opportunity for an experienced Service Desk Engineer to join a leading law firm on a permanent basis. My client are looking for somebody with 6+ years of service desk experience to join on a permanent basis ASAP. This is an on site role, based out of Brighton with 1 day a week in London - fully expensed. This position also offers the opportunity to travel to the firm's European offices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to queries using the firms call logging system as well as over the phone
  • You will be able to use creative and logical thinking to demonstrate your troubleshooting skills
  • Deal with tasks such as resolving username/password issues, hardware/software set up and application menus, amongst other tasks

Skills & Experience:

  • 6+ years experience in a service desk role
  • Citrix and Microsoft Exchange experience are a must
  • Active Directory
  • MS Teams / Zoom
  • Windows 10/11
