Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Functional Consultant with a focus on Payroll, Rewards, and Benefits to join our clients dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in delivering end-to-end HCM solutions, managing business transformations, and leading both onshore and offshore teams. Your expertise will guide clients through Oracle HCM Cloud implementations, helping them to optimize their HR and Payroll processes for better efficiency and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and Implement End-to-End Solutions: Lead the development of robust Oracle HCM Payroll and Rewards/Benefits solutions, integrating best industry practices with product functionalities.
- Client Engagement & Facilitation: Conduct client-facing meetings, facilitate workshops, and collaborate with client teams to ensure successful transformation and adoption of new processes.
- Lead Delivery of Workstreams: Oversee full project life cycle from design, configuration, testing to deployment, ensuring successful Oracle HCM Cloud transformation, especially focusing on Payroll and Benefits.
- Offshore Team Management: Manage and coordinate offshore teams, ensuring efficient delivery and testing of Oracle HCM modules, meeting project timelines.
- Client Relationship Building: Cultivate strong, lasting relationships with clients while building a professional network to address their HR needs.
- Business Development: Assist in pre-sales activities, offering insights and technical expertise to secure new business opportunities.
Requirements:
- Oracle HCM Expertise: Proven experience in implementing at least one module of Oracle HCM Cloud, with a strong focus on Payroll and Rewards/Benefits modules.
- Functional Consultant Experience: Ability to advise on and implement business process changes within HR, specifically within Payroll and Benefits.
- Client-Facing Skills: Demonstrable experience in leading workshops and client-facing meetings, with the ability to facilitate group discussions.
- Project Leadership: Hands-on experience leading the end-to-end delivery of workstreams, including managing offshore teams to configure, test, and deploy Oracle HCM solutions.
- Consultancy Background: Previous experience in a consultancy environment, contributing to pre-sales and business development efforts.
Preferred Skills/Extras:
- Experience with additional Oracle HCM modules such as Workforce Modelling, Work Life, or Benefits.
- A proven ability to navigate complex client environments and manage stakeholder expectations.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to distill complex technical concepts into business-friendly language.
