Our client is looking for an experienced Project Manager to join a dynamic team to shape the future experiences of colleagues across contact centres through comprehensive analysis and industry best practices. You'll be a key player in our optimisation workstream, providing crucial support to the Delivery Lead within each opportunity area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review, evaluate, and manipulate the programme financial model, incorporating any contracted schedules for pricing, KPIs, liabilities, warranties, and insurances as they arise.
  • Review and evaluate bidder financial models submitted during procurement, with an awareness of levers bidders may use to manipulate financial outcomes.
  • Support financial treatment related supplier clarifications.
  • Assist in the financial aspects of the ITT evaluation.
  • Contribute to financial aspects during negotiations, including remodelling and other adjustments.
  • Support the financial aspects of contract construction, including pricing, termination, insurance, and exit schedules.
  • Analyse the financial risk of each bidder, including the production and maintenance of the programmes Financial Viability Risk Assessment (FVRA).
  • Provide actual and forecasted financial data, including analysis of the actual cost and benefit position and re-forecasting across the project's lifetime, for inclusion in the Full Business Case.
  • Produce Discounted Cash Flow statements, Net Present Value, and Benefit Cost Ratio calculations for the Full Business Case.
  • Complete Should-Cost modelling and apply sensitivity analysis (3-point estimating) to show the impacts of any change in assumptions.
  • Ensure factual financial data is reflected in the business case and establish, as necessary, the reasons for any forecasted financial data that has not been used or has been adapted by the project manager or business case author.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong financial analytical skills.
  • Experience in reviewing and evaluating financial models.
  • Ability to support financial aspects during procurement and contract construction.
  • Knowledge of risk analysis and financial forecasting.
  • Proficiency in producing financial statements and cost calculations.
  • Excellent communication skills to liaise with stakeholders and clarify financial data.
