Java Software Engineer - Research and Development

Location: Milan, Italy (1 day in office / 4 days remote)

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in Java development.
• Experience and interest in research and development projects.
• P.Iva (Partita IVA) is required or willingness to obtain one.
• Enthusiastic and proactive attitude towards problem-solving.
• BSc or equivalent degree in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) subject.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement software solutions.
• Contribute to research and development initiatives, bringing innovative ideas to the table.
• Work on the full software development life cycle, from concept to deployment.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize code to ensure high performance and reliability.
