We are a leading software development company that provides cutting-edge solutions for various industries. We are looking for a project manager who can lead the automation and functional testing of our products and ensure the highest quality standards.

As a project manager, you will have the opportunity to:

- Plan, execute, and monitor the testing activities of multiple projects

- Coordinate with the development, business analysis, and client teams to define the testing scope, schedule, and deliverables

- Manage the testing resources, tools, and processes

- Report and escalate the testing issues, risks, and status to the stakeholders

- Ensure compliance with the testing best practices and methodologies

To be successful in this role, you will need:

- A bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field

- At least 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in software testing

- Proficiency in automation testing tools and frameworks, such as Selenium, Cucumber, TestNG, etc.

- Experience in functional testing, including manual and exploratory testing

- Fluency in Italian and English, and ideally a third language

- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

- One or more of the following certifications or qualifications:

- Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM)

- Google Project Management: Professional Certification

- Project Management Professional (PMP)

- Certified Scrum Master

- Professional Scrum Master
