Title: Area Sales Manager-Medical Capital Equipment

Location: Northern New England (VT, ME or NH)

Great opportunity to join a worldwide medical capital equipment company! The Area Sales Manager will be a results-driven individual and will cover all of Vermont, Maine and New Hampshire. In order to be successful in this role, you will need to have a deep understanding of the sales process and dynamics, and also superb interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting, customer presentations and product demonstrations and closing sales
  • Develop and implement sales strategies
  • Territory management
  • Client management including the management of post-sales issues
  • Market research
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree or higher, will consider other degrees with significant experience
  • 3+ years medical capital equipment or complex medical device sales
  • Excellent presentation skills along with the ability to close sales
  • Ability to demonstrate top sales performance
  • Current or recent experience calling on Plastic Surgeons and Physicians highly preferred but not required
  • Ability to collaborate with all levels of customers
  • Must have a valid drivers license and clean driving record
  • Ability to travel extensively within the territory

Anticipated Salary: 75K base, 250K OTE
