Responsibilities:

  • Experience as an MS Dynamics CRM Consultant in Client facing role is highly recommended.
  • Hands on Experience in Designing, Configuring or administering MS Dynamics CRM.
  • Strong understanding and deep functional knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
  • Work Closely with Customer, SME and technical teams to understand their Strategy and identify their requirements and design integrated solutions.
  • Implement, maintain and support the solutions built for customers on MS Dynamics 365 Customer engagement.
  • Create documentation for customers, including PowerPoint presentations and Visio workflows regarding functional requirements, design training, process engineering etc.
  • Installation, Setup and configuration of MS CRM.
  • Conduct solution testing and assist with User acceptance testing.
  • Strong analytical and technical skills required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements.
  • Experience in authoring user stories and use cases from project business requirements and multiple stakeholders and maintain product backlog.
  • Good understanding on SDLC and Agile process.
  • Dynamics 365 Functional Certification is Must.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or MIS.
  • 2 to 3 years of MS Dynamics CRM Experience (Dynamics 365 latest version experience preferred).
  • Highly effective communication skills (both written and verbal) to facilitate the solicitation, interpretation, and documentation of requirements.
  • An ability to work with minimal supervision and independently prioritize and execute based on business/customer demand.
