.NET Delivery Manager

Skills & Experience:

• 8 to 12 years of experience with .NET profile, and at least 3+ years of experience in managing delivery teams and external stakeholder communication.
• Excellent & effective Communication Skills. Should be able to interface with multiple delivery teams and engage them to ensure delivery remains on track at all times.
• Advanced expertise on .NET based development and quality management concepts.
• Good conceptual skills on .NET based application - backend and frontend.
• Experience of using tools that integrate best practices like static code analysis, automated unit tests and integration tests, code coverage analyzers etc.,
• Ability to work well both, in a team environment and independently while tackling complex problems
• Ability to learn and adapt to varying Project demands and accordingly engineer the team eco system to perform.
