Responsibilities:

• Overall 12+ years of IT Experience in App Dev
• Minimum 4 years of experience in App Dev and 4 years of project management experience.
• Good at Project Management. Onshore client relationship and engagement.
• Strong project management skills
• Play the role of SCRUM master - SCRUM certified, Agile processes
• Should have strong interpersonal skills with good written and verbal communication
• Have experience working in onshore offshore model.
• Should be able to conduct team's appraisals, Document SoWs, raise Invoices
• Manage stakeholder expectations.
• Share weekly, monthly review reports and conduct meetings with customer stakeholders
• Strong experience in driving architecture landscape and plan updates
  Knowledge of data flows, applications and infrastructure, and make recommendation on improvements or updates (future state)
• Participate in different business projects, like UW and Claims workflow implementations, issuing
  recommendation and road mapping between current and future states.
• Good communicator and ability to build relationship with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Experienced in P&C insurance business processes to effectively understand and manage projects.
• Should have managed team sizes of minimum 40 - 50 people and should be ready to Handle team sizes of volume 100+
• Hold have full exposure and a good understanding of all types of testing and the activities that happen in testing.
  E.g., Manual testing, testing of Jobs, Test automation and tools, overview and when to do/involve nonfunctional
  testing. 
• Should have communication and presentation skills needed to handle LoB heads
