Salesforce Architect

Responsibilities:

• Works collaboratively with others across the organization to provide technical solutions for highly complex business

        problems and is a subject matter expert for delivering.

• Supporting Salesforce solutions for the enterprise.

• This individual will be responsible for Solutioning and Architecting user requirements by utilizing the SFDC toolkit (e.g. LWC, Apex, Triggers, etc.) and SOQL capabilities
• Proficiency in programming using Salesforce SFDC, Force.com, JavaScript.
• Strong experience with configuration, customization, programming with APEX APIs, APEX Triggers, and implementing new instances of Salesforce.com from scratch.

• Proficient in SOQL, SOSL, web services (SOAP or REST) and Visualforce/APEX
• Experience with integrating Sales Cloud and Service Cloud Case Management
• Experience working with Salesforce API's
• Experience with advanced reporting, formula fields, and change management
• Strong practical deployment knowledge of VisualForce, Salesforce configurations, Apex classes, APEX Web services, API, AppExchange deployment, and Salesforce.com s-controls.
