Job Description:
Develop courseware to support new and existing products, often though not exclusively in conjunction with Product Division.
Basic Qualification
- BE telecommunication engineering.
- 5+ years Instructional Design
- Able to manage workflow with minimal oversight, in a fast-paced, frugal environment with multiple stakeholders and sometimes-changing priorities
- Can conceptualize technical-functional content into something creative
- In-depth knowledge of learning theories and instructional design models
- Proven working experience in instructional design and storyboarding in corporate learning domain
- Lesson and curriculum planning skills
- Experience with a wide range of modern eLearning authoring tools.
- Good design, written communication, production, and teamwork skills
- Ability to write effective copy, instructional text, audio and video scripts.
- Exceptional English speaking and writing skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensuring the session design and course collateral are in place by collaborating with the subject matter experts as well as trainers.
- Helping in making instructional videos, produce content, design program workflow and measure the effectiveness of the program.
- Restructuring raw content into concise and engaging eLearning modules whilst coordinating with Senior Associates and SMEs.
- Utilize various modern authoring tools to rapidly build enjoyable, positive learning experiences that are interactive, effective and technically functional
- Develop creative scripts for videos and engaging storyboards for e-learning modules (Courses, Videos, Simulations, , Scenarios, etc), ILTs
- Design and develop creative, learner-centered, performance-based training materials in multiple modalities including classroom, interactive eLearning modules, videos, facilitator guides, and participant guides.
- Effectively manage multiple projects and initiatives from analysis to evaluation.
