KRAs:-
- Facilitate product vision by researching, conceiving, sketching, prototyping and testing user experiences
- Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences across devices and different interfaces
- Identify design problems and devise elegant solutions
- Make strategic design and user experience decisions related to the core, new functions and features
- Take a user-centered design approach and rapidly test and iterate designs with the vision of the CCO
- Ability to understand detailed requirements and design complete user experiences that meet our user needs and business requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product and engineering team members
Requirements:-
- Create and Implement design elements into the game while working in a collaborative multi-disciplinary team and an agile environment
- Passion for games and the craft of level design
- Innovation/Initiatives and finding creative solutions to complex problems
- At Least 5+ years of proven experience in UI/UX experience designing web and mobile applications
- Expertise in standard UX Software such as Sketch, Invision Studio, Craft, Adobe XD Marvel, Origami Studio, Webflow, Flowmap, Visual Sitemaps, Treejack, Figma, Sketch, OmniGraffle, Axure, Invision and UXpin, Balsamiq & Framer etc.
- Familiarity with Webflow, Basic HTML5, CSS3, Javascript, and Python is a bonus.
- A solid grasp of user-centered design (UCD), planning, conducting user research and user testing, AB testing, rapid prototyping, heuristic analysis, usability and accessibility concerns.
- Knowledge of Google Suites, Slack, Tandem, Miro & Click up would be a bonus.
- Strong organizational ethics and time management
- Coaching & Mentoring skills would be a bonus
- Understanding of the Gaming Industry, specifically F2P/Video Games, is a must.
