• Hands on with languages like Python or Golang 
• ETL folks who know ELK, KAFKA, not deployment but development side. (Mandatory)Kubernetes / Docker, Kafka, Prometheus, Grafana, Fluentd, Open Telemetry
• Elastic (ELK) Stack: Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana, and 
• Beats Experience with AWS, Azure and GCP
