SDE 3 Backend

What You will do

1. Designing and building large components or multiple services
2. Ensure high quality of architecture and design of systems
3. Create the optimum technical solution considering all the non-functional requirements
4. Functionally decompose complex problems into simple, straight-forward solutions
5. Articulate precisely both technical and business requirements by engaging with architects, data scientists, businesses and product managers
6. Mentor team members through technical discussions, design and ideation through white-boarding
7. Help managers arrive at a growth plan for the team members
8. Contribute strategically by working with tech leaders to maximize the productivity of teams by instilling an effective development environment
9. Evaluate the technical needs and select appropriate software, hardware, scalability and security requirement and suggest integration methods
10. Perform code and design reviews. 

What you will need

1) 5+ years of experience building microservices
2) Experience in Object-oriented design and programming
3)Strong experience in architecting and building distributed systems
4)Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and designing for performance
5)Strong knowledge of cloud technologies like AWS/Google Cloud/Azure
6)Proficient with RDBMS/ NoSQL/ MySQL/ Cassandra/ Elastic Search
7)Strong knowledge of data stores, database design, data modelling and SQL queries
8)Strong knowledge of one or more big data processing stacks
9)Excellent code quality Progression
