Job Description: 

• Good to Have Having 7 + experience in python code & scripting development Ability to

• understand the existing source code and business logic. Knowledge on MSSQL stored
• procedures & queries related configuration & access definitions. Experience with
• troubleshooting and diagnosing code related problems Coordinating with client\other teams to
• gather & determine the requirements. Troubleshooting the application based on user reported
• issues. Perform Testing and debug application for any such validations and issues. Assessing
• and prioritizing client feature requests. Ability to suggest & perform code fixes and
• enhancement wherever required. Must Have Take ownership of customer issues reported and
• see problems through to resolution Research diagnose troubleshoot and identify solutions to
• resolve customer issues Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers Ensure proper
• recording and closure of all issues Prepare accurate and timely reports Creating KB
• documents wrt technical notes and activities involved. Ability to understand the security aspects
• & encryption of the source code. Knowledge on creating virtual environments & task scheduling
• mechanism for required batch jobs/scripts. Ability to do the reverse engineering of the source
• code (Python Advanced SQL knowledge) Ability to learn quickly any new tools like Selenium.
