Responsibilities

• Must have hands on experience in Zoho CRM, Campaigns, Analytics, SalesIQ, Social, Survey.
• Must have experience in Zoho integrations with 3rd party applications.
• Must have experience in integrating Zoho CRM with SAP.
• Administration Setup:
• Create new user accounts, roles, profiles, hierarchies and configure these to fit security needs at the user and organization levels.
• Setup Apps, Layouts, Sections, Layout Rules, Related Lists, Tabs, Roles, Profiles, flows, Modules, and WebForms.
• Custom functions, Custom actions, Validation rules, Workflow rules, Approval processes, Assignment rules, Escalation rules, Auto-response rules, Blueprint, Sharing rules, Layout Rules, Schedules, Security Settings, Task rules, Create and script to build custom tools for business processes automation.
• Data Management:
• Import, Export, and Migration of data.
• Business-specific Standard and Custom Reports & Dashboards.
• Timely reporting on leads/projects to Team Managers.
• Responsible for documentation of full life cycle of the leads, products, campaigns, and projects.

Competencies / Skills:

• The candidate should have an understanding of CRM Plus suite operations and usability.
• Have good knowledge of different Zoho products.
• Has developed custom products on Zoho and driving implementation.
