Responsibilities:

• Execute the Product road map to handle delivery commitments.
• Lead a high-performance team of software engineers to design & develop world-class, highly available, scalable & reliable products.
• Improve processes, technology & applications you own continuously by showing the team better ways of doing things and help improve skills in the team.
• Develop engineers on the team and help them advance in their careers. Conduct regular 1-1s with the team.
• Do task planning with engineers and conduct code reviews. 

• 7+ years of software development experience. 2+ years of engineering leadership experienced.
• Have experience in designing and building large scale web services.
• Ability to drive technical discussions and help fellow engineers make critical choices.
• Experience defining step by step plan and roadmap expertise to implement development tools and test frameworks for multiple products.
• Ability to collaborate, motivate other team members, and thrive in a dynamic and challenging work environment.
• Work with cross-functional teams to address all technical dependencies
• Strong experience as an individual contributor on backend (Java/Scala, MySQL/PostgreSQL, ), frontend (Javascript, ReactJS) and infrastructure (AWS, Azure and GCP).
