Job Title: SDET Developer

Responsibilities:-

• Work on achieving automation and engineering using Java or other scripting languages as and when needed.
• Help in engineering the application from a testing perspective and strive to achieve for shift left testing.
• Write, maintain, and execute automation scripts.
  
• Analyze functional specifications and resolve gaps with product team.
• Manage defects/bugs effectively.
• Perform and guide team to automation testing excellence.
• Mentor and transform junior members in the team to instill engineering mentality into Quality Assurance activities.
• Analyze functional specifications and resolve gaps with product team.
• Sync up with relevant stakeholders from other programs and plan the automation deliveries.
• Must have worked on Agile and DevOps environment.
• Ability to work on POCs on short notice with short turnaround time.
• 5+ years of experience in Selenium Automation.
• Exhibit excellent Selenium/Grid/API automation abilities.
• 5+ years of experience in Java/C#.
• Prior experience in the development background would be a plus.
