Responsibilities:
- Support ideation, vision, strategy and roadmap for key marketing initiatives and projects.
- Drive product initiatives and ensure consistent execution of product lifecycle processes from concept to launch, to ensure maximum ROI and good adoption rates.
- Define and drive feature specification, work closely with engineering teams to deliver against the roadmap for your ownership area.
- Demonstrate an obsession for customer experience and inculcate a customer-centric view within all aspects of product design and development.
- Work with internal and external partners to gather feedback, manage dependencies and find ways to mitigate risks.
- Moderate the rhythm of business activities within the team and across the org to ensure end-to-end success of initiatives.
- Ensure customer success for all customers, working closely with key stakeholders.
- Define, and track usage & business success metrics.

- Heads of CRM and CRM managers
- External Martech Suppliers
- Engineering teams
- UI/UX teams
- Data engineers and analysts
- SW Architects & Tech Leads
- CRM Trainers

Qualifications:
- An engineering or an MBA degree with 2 - 3 years prior experience in requirement analysis, requirement design, product marketing, product planning and requirements engineering.
- Have experience of working with large scale CRM platforms such as Adobe, Salesforce CRM, Oracle, Optimove, PEGA, Hubspot etc. and launching digital experiences in the capacity of a functional product owner /consultant.
- Excellent understanding of CRM methodology (customer lifecycle model, Player lifecycle management, data models etc), tool sets (Campaign orchestration, Test Vs Control measurement, Campaign insights) and native / social channels (email / SMS/ Push / DMP / Facebook / Snapchat).
- Proven experience in customer research, competitive analysis, product requirements, messaging, pricing, etc.
- Very good negotiation and people management skills ability to engage with Stakeholders (business / marketing / operations), engg teams (developers, architects, QA / Data analysts, business analysts) and motivate them to achieve product goals.
- Excellent English - written, verbal, and presentation skills, with an eye for quality and attention to detail.
- Top notch presentation skills ability to translate an idea into an opportunity, build a working narrative, emphasis on the key selling points, sketch functional flows, wireframing, mock ups, feature prototyping.
- Data driven understands key KPIs, presents derived insights and is happy crunching data sets.
- Proven ability to work effectively with international, cross-functional teams and to internalize new processes and developments in a highly dynamic industry.
- Good analytical, modelling and writing skills - convey the message in the shortest possible way to communicate information effectively to customers, managers, and technical staff.
- Interviewing skills - to talk with individuals and groups about their needs and ask the right questions to surface essential requirements information.
- A broad and comprehensive technical understanding is required as well as a good understanding of product development processes and concepts (especially in an agile environment).
