Zylo has teamed up with a well established law firm committed to providing exceptional legal services to their clients. We are seeking an ambitious Legal Administrative Assistant to join their Brisbane team.
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Legal Administrative Assistant to join their team in Brisbane. The ideal candidate will provide essential administrative support to our legal department, ensuring smooth operations and efficient workflow.
Key Responsibilities:
- Document Management: Prepare, scan, and file legal documents, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Calendar Management: Coordinate attorneys' schedules, book appointments, and manage travel arrangements.
- Research: Conduct legal research using various databases and resources.
- Communication: Handle incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and correspondence professionally.
- Database Management: Maintain and update client and case information in our legal database.
- Billing: Assist in the preparation and processing of legal invoices.
- Administrative Support: Provide general administrative tasks, such as photocopying, scanning, and filing.
Qualifications:
- Ideal for a current law student able to commit to full time employment.
- Previous experience in a legal administrative role preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
