Role:

Become a valuable member of our clients Commercial Team, working closely with the Head of Department on various tasks, including:

  • Negotiating and finalising business transactions like leases, asset sales, and share purchases.
  • Drafting contracts, leases, and other commercial agreements.
  • Liaising with clients, legal professionals, and third parties.
  • Conducting legal research and compiling briefs for counsel.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
