Role:
Become a valuable member of our clients Commercial Team, working closely with the Head of Department on various tasks, including:
- Negotiating and finalising business transactions like leases, asset sales, and share purchases.
- Drafting contracts, leases, and other commercial agreements.
- Liaising with clients, legal professionals, and third parties.
- Conducting legal research and compiling briefs for counsel.
We Are Looking For:

- A detail-oriented professional with exceptional written and verbal communication.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
