About the Role

Were recruiting hardworking Night Warehouse Operatives for a busy logistics site in Crawley. This is a physically demanding, fast-paced role perfect for candidates who thrive in a high-energy environment.

You'll be part of a team keeping warehouse operations running smoothly through the night, ensuring orders are picked, packed, and ready for dispatch efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Picking, packing, and sorting goods to tight deadlines
• Scanning, labelling, and preparing orders for dispatch
• Moving and stacking items within the warehouse
• Maintaining a clean and organised workspace
• Following all health and safety procedures

Requirements

• Previous warehouse experience is beneficial but not essential
• Physically fit and able to handle heavy lifting
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable and able to work night shifts
• Safety boots and hi-vis required
