About the job Planning Administrator
My client based in Rugby is looking for an experienced administrator to work within the maintenance and planning team. You will be expected to support a detailed maintenance program administration and provide administration support for planning.
Responsibilities:
- Generate and provide detailed reports for the maintenance team.
- Input and export information from SAP as required.
- Collate H&S KPI's to be reviewed by the team.
- Contribute as a member of the maintenance planning team to administer plant maintenance strategies.
- Support the panning engineers with the operation and maintenance of both SAP and Checkproof.
- Maintain and develop information libraires for maintenance team.
- Attend maintenance planning meetings with Supervisors and Engineers to input technical detail to the planning process.
- Support the planning team in management of the shutdown with administrative tasks.
Requirements:
- Administration Experience (Essential)
- Strong Knowledge of Computer Systems
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Administration or Systems Qualification (Desired)
This is a Monday to Friday role offering the annual salary of £30k based in Rugby.
