About the job Warehouse Administrator
Zoom are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Administrator to join our fast paced parcel logistics client based in Mitcham, Croydon. This is a fantastic opportunity with a UK wide network with room to grow and progress to a permanent role.
Day to Day Duties
- Recruitment Compliance chasing missing documents and ensuring they are uploaded
- Damage & Customer claims & investigations
- Entering contractor, internal and agency hours on the WHS system for payroll
- WHS and Driver Data Entry / Reporting Figures
- Driver & Customer interaction
- Reporting volumes and costings into management
Essential Skills
- Intermediate excel and computer skills
- Excellent communication skills you will be liaising with both contractors and management
- Ability to work to strict deadlines and be highly organised
- Enthusiasm & eager to learn
- Reliable & Self Motivated
- Flexible and willing take on a variety of tasks
- Team Player

Monday to Friday 40 hrs per week some flex on hours, Saturday overtime
Pay £11.44 per hr Weekly Pay
