Our client is a global leader, a large-scale company based near Sidcup and looking for an accomplished Sales Support Administrator to support their high value client base and enhance their service operation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive support to senior customer accounts.
- Manage customer enquiries via telephone and email with professionalism and efficiency.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure targets are met and exceeded.
- Utilize ERP systems (including Navision) to manage orders, process invoices, track sales, and analyse data.
- Use advanced Excel skills to generate reports and insights.
- Identify and resolve customer issues promptly, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Support the sales team with data-driven insights to optimize processes and performance.
Requirements:
- Manufacturing industry experience in a sales support or customer service role is key for this role.
- Proven data analysis and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent telephone manner and strong written communication skills.
- Highly computer literate, with advanced Excel skills (essential) and experience using ERP systems or Navision highly desirable.
- Ability to work to targets and thrive under pressure.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Whats on offer:
- Competitive salary of £20.00ph this is a contract role with the potential to progress to permanent.
- Monday to Friday position 37 hrs per week with an early finish Friday, please note this is a fully office based role only.
