Position Summary

We are hiring enthusiastic Event Staff to help deliver smooth, organized, and engaging company events. This role involves preparing event spaces, assisting guests, supporting promotional activities, and helping the team manage event responsibilities from setup through completion.

Responsibilities

• Prepare event spaces by arranging displays, signage, tables, and promotional materials.
• Welcome attendees and provide directions or information about event activities.
• Assist with distributing brochures, samples, and other approved promotional materials.
• Help event coordinators carry out schedules and assigned operational tasks.
• Maintain a neat and organized event area throughout each activity.
• Monitor event supplies and communicate shortages to the appropriate team member.
• Support attendee engagement through friendly and professional interactions.
• Help coordinate transitions between event activities as needed.
• Assist with packing, removing displays, and organizing materials after events.
• Follow event guidelines and established safety procedures.
