Our client is an established leader in the Betting and Gambling industry.

As part of their ongoing expansion and commitment to excellence, we are excited to announce an opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced Head of CRM to join this dynamic team.

Base salary: EUR 4000 - EUR 6000 Neto (depending on the experience)

Flexible Working Environment: Choose between working at a modern office in Belgrade, Serbia, or collaborating remotely from a location of your choice. Working hours are from 9AM to 5PM, Mon-Fri.

Mission:

In the role of Head of CRM, your mission is to be a seasoned leader capable of driving our CRM team to increase the company's turnover in the industry. We are in search of an ambitious professional who can develop and implement CRM strategies, achieve key performance indicators, and create successful plans and campaigns.

Responsibilities:

  • Setting retention goals, planning and managing CRM strategy;
  • Development and implementation of KPIs for the CRM department together with the HRD of the company;
  • Achievement of KPIs on a regular basis: increase of company turnover in casino/sportsbook areas;
  • Create a promotional plan for tactical campaigns, coordinate technical execution and placement of offers, and track the success of campaigns (casino/sportsbook);
  • Manage call center processes and team;
  • Develop product feature roadmaps from start to finish;
  • Team management - evaluate team performance, and improve team effectiveness;
  • Writing documentation (business requirements) for new/current functionality; 


Key skills:

  • Experience working at the position of Head of CRM for 3+ years
  • Experienced people manager with a strong track record of leading diverse teams;
  • Experience in collaborating and developing strong relationships with internal and external contacts;
  • Data literate with strong analytical skills and knowledge of industry KPIs;
  • Experience in creating, delivering, and reporting on successful CRM roadmaps;
  • Nice to have: comprehensive knowledge of the iGaming sector, with a focus on a balanced ratio of 50% betting and 50% gambling or predominantly betting.
