On behalf of out client, we are looking for VIP Guest Experience Agent in Lusail, Qatar

Responsibilities
Be knowledge of the VIP product and services offered by the hotel.
Be aware what is happening at the hotel, operational hours, special offers.
Be aware what is required of you regarding Quality Audit, Local Regulations and Guest Experience.
Follow departmental guidelines.
Maintain the stationary with all collaterals and supplies.
Work to make the lives of our guests, colleagues and owners in a best possible experience.
Be able to process guest journey from Check In till Check Out time.
Participate in achieving department targets and goals.
Maintain loyalty of the guests.
Be aware and up to date about our VIP Program, and ensure we deliver on benefits while enrolling our newest members
It can be a physical role and although there are the usual meetings, briefings and of course guests to welcome or wish a fond farewell, you will need to be on your feet most of the day out and about in the lobby, so fitness will be key for you, although reasonable adjustments will be made where we can.
What we are looking:
Communication skills guests and colleagues will need to come to you with concerns as well as compliments, so you'll be easy to talk to
Fluency in the English language - extra language skills would be great yo have
Literate and tech-savvy - you ll need a good grasp of reading, writing, basic maths and computers, especially our reservations system, Opera.
Flexibility - night, weekend and holiday shifts are all part of the job
You ll have a high school diploma or qualification. A college or university degree would be a bonus, but not essential
Experience - ideally you have spent at least 2 year in a front desk or guest service position in a 5 star property
Ability to work independently and within a team environment
