The position requires at least 5 years of hotel management experience either as a Resort GM or Hotel Manager or Executive Assistant Manager and a minimum of 15 years' experience in hospitality roles with 5 star hotels/resorts or luxury cruise lines.

English Language proficiency is mandatory.

Duties:

  • Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the properties, including housekeeping, food and beverage services, and other departments.
  • Ensuring that the properties are running efficiently and providing a high level of service to the principal and their guests.
  • Implementing and maintaining quality standards to meet or exceed the principal's and their guests' expectations.
  • Recruiting, training, and supervising staff at various levels.
  • Creating and maintaining a positive work environment to enhance staff morale and productivity.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years experience as a Resort GM or Hotel Manager or Executive Assistant Manager.
  • Overall minimum of 15 years experience in hospitality roles.
  • Experience from luxury, exclusive and unique environments from 5* hotels, resorts or luxury cruise lines.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in hospitality or tourism.
  • English Language proficiency.
