SALES AGENT (Forex)

Key Areas of Responsibility:

• Inbound calls;
• Daily report of managed services;
• Management of live inbound calls generated by industry affiliates;
• Information of products, and conditions;
• Completion of outbound calls (callback);
• Single point of contact and daily reporting

Candidate profile and qualifications:

• Excellent knowledge of German language;
• Excellent communication skills;
• Strong sales capability;
• Skills in up-sales;
• Experience in handling objections;
• Accuracy in data entry.
