Overview:

On behalf of our client, we are seeking a dynamic Engagement and Gamification Manager to join their rapidly growing CRM team.

This role will be pivotal in driving player engagement through innovative promotions, competitions, and gamification strategies.

The successful candidate will work closely with product owners and the marketing team to ensure the seamless execution of campaigns that enhance the overall player experience and drive commercial growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Player Engagement: Develop and implement gamification strategies to enhance player engagement, focusing on tracking and optimizing promotions, competitions, and product offerings.
  • Campaign Management: Collaborate with the Head of Marketing to design and execute multi-channel CRM campaigns tailored to various geos and customer segments, including emails, push notifications, SMS, and tournaments.
  • Strategy Development: Create and refine CRM strategies, customer journeys, and lifecycle campaigns, ensuring they align with business goals and customer needs.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with product owners across casino, betting, and live betting platforms, ensuring campaigns and promotions are effectively integrated and communicated to players.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor campaign performance, providing detailed reports and insights to drive continuous improvement. Utilize data to identify opportunities for engagement and revenue growth.
  • Segment Management: Lead the segmentation of customer bases, identifying key segments for targeted communication and personalization.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure the quality and accuracy of all campaign content across different customer segments and communication channels.

    Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in CRM marketing, preferably within the Betting & Gambling industry, with a proven track record of successful multi-channel campaign management.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in CRM tools, with strong analytical and organizational skills. Experience with Power BI, Excel, and email engagement platforms is a plus.
  • Customer-Centric: Deep understanding of CRM strategies, customer segmentation, and lifecycle management. Passionate about enhancing customer experiences and driving engagement.
  • Collaboration & Communication: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Innovative Mindset: Ability to think creatively and strategically, with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation in customer engagement.
  • Data-Driven: Strong analytical skills with a focus on using data to drive decision-making and optimize campaign performance.
