What You'll Be Doing

  • Act as the first impression for prospective patients, handling inquiries with professionalism, empathy, and confidence

  • Educate patients about full-arch treatment options, building trust and guiding them through decision-making

  • Collaborate with Dr. Bebeau and the clinical team to develop growth strategies for the full-arch program

  • Manage treatment coordination, including financial discussions, scheduling, and follow-ups

  • Cultivate and maintain referral-based marketing efforts to strengthen relationships with other dental professionals and attract new cases

  • Utilize performance metrics to continuously refine processes and drive results

Who Were Looking For

  • Dental and Sales Experience: dental experience preferred. You must have a proven sales or case acceptance track record.

  • Marketing Savvy: Experience with referral-based marketing or PR is a big bonus you'll earn brownie points (literally and figuratively) if you can bring this expertise to the table!

  • Patient-Centered Mindset: You have a natural ability to build rapport and make patients feel valued and supported.

  • Organized and Results-Oriented: You thrive on meeting goals, managing multiple priorities, and delivering exceptional outcomes.
