Compensation: $65,000 base salary + up to $25,000 in performance bonuses annually

What You'll Do:

  • Lead with Purpose: Inspire, coach, and manage a high-performing team of patient care specialists.
  • Drive Excellence: Monitor key metrics like missed calls, conversion rates, and appointment show rates then develop strategies to surpass goals.
  • Streamline Operations: Implement efficient workflows and systems that enhance the patient journey.
  • Tech and Data Guru: Oversee call center technology (Manatal) and vendor performance, using data insights to inform decisions.
  • Elevate Service: Ensure exceptional service standards, resolve escalations, and deliver on our promise of top-tier care.
  • Develop Strategy: Shape policies, manage budgets, and lead initiatives that align with our vision for growth.
